clean common areas

palacio santanna has a fantastic location, just a short walk from restaurants and the metro. the self check-in process was seamless, and my room was clean and comfortable. i also enjoyed that the common areas were well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. wifi was available in my room, which was super helpful.

Staying for three nights was perfect for exploring Lisbon’s sights. The self-check-in made it really easy, and my room was very clean and super comfortable, especially the bed! I loved having a great view from my room, which made every morning special. The shared bathrooms were well-maintained, making it feel like I wasn’t sharing at all. Plus, the location was quite favorable for reaching places like the Castle of Sao Jorge and Santa Justa Lift within a short walk.

The view from my room was just jaw-dropping! the self check-in was nice and easy after a long flight, and the shared showers were always available with hot water, which was a lifesaver. Maria at reception was super chill and responded quick when I had questions!

Only had one small towel for the stay—could've used more, ag man.

I loved that my room had a stunning view, and the common areas were bright and beautifully decorated. palacio santanna is such a cozy place, loved the atmospheric vibe on the top of the hill. maria was super nice and changed my room to the ground floor when it was too hot upstairs. the living room and kitchen were really spacious, and the view was just so good. plus, it's super clean and comfy.

could use a mirror in the room, and the towels were a bit on the brink of enough. also, i could hear noise from the hallway sometimes.
